👍👍 The instructors are incredibly supportive and friendly, offering constant motivation without being overly assertive. The workouts effectively target all muscle groups, and newcomers can comfortably go at their own speed. Suffice it to say, I'm hooked!

😐 I do love LA but they need to work on cleaning up the floors of the workout room. I do a lot of classes and the wood floors. Sometimes make me question everything else.
