😠 The Female in the front desk is pretty rude and unprofesional. This is not the first time i have encountered this kind of bad service at this clinic. 😠 This is the second time I was not able to connect to my doctor. The first time it ended up being a phone call and we suggested it this time I told her it's just too impersonal. They need to get their act together to figure out how to be able to see people whether it's online or in person.

😠 They suck. Esp a girl named Natalie who works in the prescription call center. Dr Adham Maladty is a bad doctor and shouldn't be allowed to practice. They are neglectful with refiling prescriptions and negligent in how they handle people's medications and appointments. Stay away from this place.
