😐 Dr Farr is exceptional in every way. My care has been top notch, but cooling it in the waiting room for 40 minutes when the appointment was made 6 months earlier and then confirmed 48 hours in advance is unacceptable by any standard — especially when there was no explanation or apology given!

😐 My experience there is always decent. Sad that Ksena left because she was awesome! Just called to make an appointment and “Maya” was extremely rude for no reason and hung up on me. Don’t know who hurt her but I hope she finds the help that she needs.
