😠 I ordered a cake for my son's baptism. When it was time to pick up, my cake was never made. I had to get a cake from Rouses as a last-minute option. There was no apology or anything from the owner. It was definitely disappointing, very unprofessional, and I won't order from this cake shop anymore.
