👍 Place is ok. Hallways are out dated and look like hotel hallways.
Fees are ridiculous expensive $750+ month
So even if you own your apartment you still have to come up with over 1k per month between the fees and utilities. Crazy
Train always passes by.
Best thing is the sunset views.
