👍👍 Lived here for five+ years; very happy with my humble abode and the neighborhood in general. The management is wonderful and diligent. The maintenance people are hardworking and friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.

🫤 UPDATE 5/31/21: I'd like to say it is getting a bit better here under new management. Thankfully, there was a complete change in the office staff from those horrible people when we first moved in. As far as living here, we're still experiencing CONSISTENT water shut offs, 1 up to 3 times in a month...

😠 Move in only if you don't mind smelling and seeing drug use all day. The office won't take action against any tenant. Then, when you try to leave they try their best to squeeze every penny from you. The best part is when you call the corporate number it just rerouted you to a different park manager....

😠 This place scams people so bad! My personal experience was horrible. They charge a crazy amount for their lot rent bc of the pools and stuff but majority of the 2 yrs I lived there 1 of the pools was only open a handful amount of times. We were promised they would fix the drive way before moving in...
