😠 They get you with the carrot of three months free rent. Then after charging 1 first payment ($55 for a 5x8), comes the clincher; the rent is to go up $20 the following month, the 5th month I had the place. I pay in Irving, Tx for an 8x10, $63. U paying for Service or the unit reviewers? I would stay...

👍👍 Love it! Been here a few seasons and now own our well. They have great amenities, wish they had on operating bar/restaurant but it’s an excuse for a boat ride to go eat! Best sunsets on this side of the lake. Quick to get to many great spots on Lake St Clair! Don't Forget to "Like" this review!
