Recently my Aunt needed a place to live that has Personal Care. It was relief to find out Symphony had a room. Three meals...

😠 My Grandmother wore depends and had dementia and spit (which is a symptom) and she fell once and Morning Pointe made her move out of the facility. A friend of the family's mother lived there to and she fell once and they made her leave as well. Luckily she is now at a much better facility!

😠 This place is the absolute worst! My mother has been here for almost a week now. She has wet the bed at least 10 times now because she can't get anybody to help her out of bed. She had a heart attack and was on a ventilator for 9 days before coming here so she is weak and unable to get up on her own...

😠 A nurse at this facility was accused of withholding my father’s insulin on 3/11/21. It has been 12 days and the facility won’t respond to me despite my numerous attempts to call and email. The Director of Nursing, Demorris Jenkins, didn’t even seem interested in investigating this serious allegation...
