π The trailhead is at the north end, down 15th. The walk down to the tracks is lovely. Be forewarned that the uphill path beyond that is extremely steep and doesnβt loop aroundβyou should probably just turn around at the tracks.

ππ Nice park. Wheelchair accessible trails through a forest park. Forest is located between a playground and the soccer fields. It is adjacent to the Shoreline pool. There is cedar, madrona and pine. Salal, blackberries, ferns. The sounds of traffic is muffled and one is able to get away.

ππ Shaded parking and play! Hot commodity on an August afternoon. The play structure says it's for 5 to 12 but I think over 8 years might be bored, and my 3 year old loved mastering it today with my spotting her and supervision. There was a solo man enjoying a book in the shade next to the stick teepee...
