😠 Receptionist is rude rude rude. Not only yelled at me but 2 others. Take the damn spots off the floor if you want to direct traffic your own way. Just rude!!!!!

😠 I would give zero stars if that were an option. I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was so asinine, I have to share. I had my initial consult in February and was told it would take a week to get insurance verification/approval. I hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks...

😠 They don't return calls. Staff are unprofessional and my pharmacy has faxed them 3 times over the course of 4 weeks still no response. I got my bill for a copay though. They want prompt payment. Seriously folks, don't waste your time. They obviously don't care and the owner repeatedly posts on here...
