😠 After waiting an hour I asked how much longer until I'm being seen, I was told shortly. After 15 more minutes I just left because there were many others that came after I did that were being seen first.

😠 Being the only one in the lobby I'm really disappointed at the lack of communication between staff and patient. The nurses here need to learn how to communicate with anyone walking into the clinic. All they do is stand around and talk amongst each other

😠 This is the same hospital that a young black woman dies after she went to the ER for shortness of breath and chest pains, but had to wait HOURS for care and ended up going to an urgent care instead. She died for no reason other than lack of care.
