👍 It's a great park to go to, all year round. A playground with swings, tennis courts, basketball courts and a baseball field. A large pavilion for group gatherings, just advise with the Park & Recreation Department. Also Somers Library is on premise, you can check out a book and enjoy it in the park...

👍👍 Great place for a hike, run and birding walk. Trails join with abutting NYSDEC land with more trails. Trails need better management on Somers Land Trust land. Hopefully after the maintenance house is complete SLT gets to work on clearing some of the better trails where I've found most of my wildlife...

🫤 The trail had too many markers going in every direction so you didn't know which way to go. The scenic overview was compltely hidden by trees and there was no marking to tell you that you were at the scenic overview. Honestly just a very confusing trail with a dissapointing name.
