👍👍 Great personable trainers. Also they slowly increase the difficulty of my regimen over time (but a pace that pushes me a bit bot not too much at a time) appropriate for my age and level. Also I appreciate the variable routines so that I don't get bored with the same exercises.

😠 I signed up for the three free classes special for new students. I previously took one free class at the Adams Morgan location. For that lesson I arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed by the website. No one was there to open the door until right before the class started which was very irritating....

👍👍 Can’t say enough about this gym. Excellent mix of new, high-end equipment. Perfect for my goal of maintaining middle-age functional fitness. My wife has been a fitness instructor for 30 years. She says the instructors at St James are top notch. I agree. Very well maintained.
