👍👍 I love this little park! It's so shady and there are monkey bars, rings to cross, a "zip line", two different spinning things, plus the classic playground with slides. Basically, it's fantastic.

👍👍 Super clean, HOA fees very reasonable (310/month) for what you get, gated and safe, quiet. Lots of birds (spoonbills, sandhills, egrets, herons, gallinules etc). Lots of shade on sidewalks, excellent schools nearby, two pools, tennis courts, weight room, friendly neighbors. Truly enjoyable place.
