😠 Everything is good except one lady at the front desk. Extremely rude, borderline racist (as we heard how she talked with people before us vs us). I have no idea why the entitlement but she wouldn't answer questions, didn't listen to what we were saying and kept rolling her eyes at every response....

👍 Open MRI was very very loud and headphones did not help. Tech very nice and patient. He said it had to be loud b/c it was open. Ladies bathroom experience horrible and should get zero stars. I was alone in stahl when lights went off and never came back on. Motion sensor not working. Very scary tryin...

👍👍 Very friendly and professional. Quick intake and no fuss. By the time I was dressed and ready to go, my DVD with my MRI ready to go. Very comfortable and no stress.

👍👍 My partner and I went to Baby’s First Ultrasound (BFU) in Santa Clara on December 30 and it was a fantastic experience. We came from the city and it’s about a 45 minute drive. When we arrived to the business center (San Tomas Commerce Park) where the location is, there is adequate parking available....

😠 This is the worst experience I have ever had with an imaging center. I would caution folks to think twice before going here. I got an ultrasound done for my mother (Veena Bajaj) who is on united healthcare PPO. In spite of being in network, they asked us to pay unfront $250 for the entire procedure...
