😐 The staff were all so warm and inviting. I mentioned that I struggle with dental anxiety and they were all so sweet and reassuring. The dentist was also really nice but I think she was really forward with not even asking if I was interested in Invisalign or wisdom teeth removal, $130 toothbrush, etc...

😠 I get Happy Birthday texts from coastal Dental every year after I scheduled an appointment with them many years ago. They cancelled my appointment and never allowed me to reschedule. Their marketing text efforts far exceed their ability to keep appointments and/or rescheduling appointments.
