😠 Brought my watch to him to look at the battery and they forgot to put the seal back on and messed up my watch I had to go Kay Jewelers and paid $200 to hopefully get it fixed. I will NEVER go to Watch’s Plus again in my life and really hope and pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else
