We had a similar issue a month ago with my son at a different location, but they still saw him and of course the billing was fine...

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. I tried to go to the elmwood location at first for a laceration but was turned down at the door because they said they had too many patients already waiting, so when I drove to the Sheridan location...

👍👍 The PA was very warm. He served with a smile. Knowledgeable about his job and listens then answer. Very patient as well.
The medical assistant was very warm as well as the Nurse that worked with the Doctor.
It is obvious they love what they do. Overall the care was deeply appreciated. # nonegativity...

😠 This place doesn't care about patients. They say they are open until 8:00 p.m., but it doesn't really mean anything. My son and I got there at 7:44 pm. The minute we walked in, the woman behind the desk told us the place was closing. She didn't even bother to ask specifically what we were there...

👍👍 I came in on a Sunday for a physical and tst for school. They were able to get me in and out very quickly. There were only 2 people in the waiting room before me. My wait time was less than 5 minutes in the waiting area, and less than 5 minutes in the exam room. Quick, great service.

😠 MALPRACTICE CITY. HIPAA VIOLATIONS. UNETHICAL DOCTORS. Listen to the reviews. I went to a real doctor after here and was told that this office has given me incorrect info as well as injured me.
Update: filed a complaint against the “doctor” with dept of health. I encourage anyone who has been hurt...
