π I don't make it to CNC very often any more due to physical limitations but this place is amazing and I'm hoping it is still well hiked!! Red wing trail!! Not 5 stars because the aforementioned trail is ALWAYS muddy! Bring old shoes and you'll have a blast!

ππ It's good to see they added the paved walking trail, I saw several people walking all around on it. Very clean park, I wish there were more benches, and there's some good spots in the middle to fly kites on a windy nice day. Lickdale Rail Trail
Park
ππ Stars are for this area as a kayak take-out. Nice ramp. Well marked. Plenty of parking. Warning: if you use Google Maps it will take you to Easy Lane (a private location). The parking entrance is off Monroe Valley, west of creek. This is not a good place to put-in as there is a dam down stream.
