👍 Necessary monopoly, but overall easy to use and 90% of the folks are friendly. There are a couple bad eggs who should just drive the boat and leave customer interaction to the rest. These ratings are moot, as a visitor you basically have to use their service to get out there.

👍 Nice way to spend a day. Pleasant water taxi boat ride out to the lighthouse. Quick tour of lighthouse (can't get up into lighthouse). Building well kept, nice pavilion to sit under. Only negatives are bugs and goose droppings. Wear sneakers! Pack snacks and drinks. It's a fun trip.
