😐 I am looking to move in and i'm just wondering-are the roaches and rats still a problem or did they take care of that when they remodeled?

😠 Very poorly managed, unprofessional to say the lease. Do not follow guidelines stated in tenants lease agreement. Unwilling to work with tenants regarding issues presented by management. Would not recommend leasing at this time, need major changes
