👍👍 This is a small museum with a ton of well organized information and artifacts from wars Colorado's citizens have been involved with. There is a team of caring and informed people behind these exhibits, and they often have guest speakers who share their stories and experiences. I especially liked th...

👍👍 A quick walk from the parking lot. Scenery is incredible, just wish that other visitors were as courteous as the signs request. These are a historical monument, not a platform for influencer yoga.

👍👍 Free to the public and like nothing you have ever seen. A contemporary art gallery with 16 foot pink bunnies and art that will leave you thinking "now what was that trying to convey." Even the wallpaper in the bathroom is art. We took a toddler to the gallery and she loved it. Some of the pieces are...

👍👍 I’m shocked that I came upon Dinosaur Ridge by accident, and am so glad I did! Amazing dinosaur tracksite (apparently #1 in the United States), with plenty of Dino tracks, informational signage, and geological history. Not to mention great views of the surrounding landscape. Trail is mainly on a pav...

👍 This place is surprisingly awesome. The walk is mostly on paved road and you can see a lot of interesting geological sites. There are mountain bike trails that look to be very technical. It's a nice way to spend a couple of hours.

😠 I’m thinking many of the high reviews here are from people that may not have been to many historical societies before and aren’t exactly looking at the big picture with how a historical society or museum are supposed to be managed. This is one of those that had a few old items donated decades ago bu...

👍👍 The hours of the museum are pretty limited (perhaps since covid), but the surrounding area has a handful of old historical buildings that are neat even to just check out from the outside. Not a whole lot going on there, but a nice quiet place to go, relax, and check out some history.
