👍👍 I thought I was going to have to go for an extensive surgery, but it turns out it was something simple. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, even though I was ten minutes late. PA Frink was professional and answered any questions I had. The office and exam room was clean and organized.

😠 Dr. Shapiro ordered me an allergy test when I had no allergic problems, bill came out to be way more than expected. Make sure to ask for what you're receiving before going to this guy! Many other good ENT's out there
