I requested an early check in which was denied- later to find out it was due to "issues with Covid". The condo was never checked before...

👍👍 AARP is offering "FREE" income tax preparation/filing for 2022 at the Bayhill Pointe Clubhouse. Mon-Fri 12:00 PM-5:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM-1:00 PM thru the first week in April. The Volunteers are very Profesional, Courteous and Kind🙂

😠 Seven Oaks community center and management is full of it. They generate lots of money from our monthly fees and spend it on unnecessary things like paying cops to police the neighborhood, paying lawyers, and not mention their salaries. Who knows, they might be paying their little neighborhood watch...
