👍 The people at the reception are friendly. you can find people who speak spanish too. the women's bathroom is spacious, there are showers for bathing. the only bad thing about the bathroom is that there is only one place to change clothes. In general it is a complete, nice and clean place.

😠 This gym is in a nice neighborhood but they don’t maintain it properly. Water fountain has been out for months, never change filters on time. I have requested and informed front desk many times already. They don’t have a proper cleaning crew.

🫤 There is an overabundance of cardio machines and not enough benches, weights, or cables. The weights also never get reracked. There is so much unutilized space in the locker rooms and entrance, yet the equipment is cramped. There is no flow to how the machines are arranged, they are just haphazardly...

😠 Update July 17, 2023: The hot temperature of the gym is still a problem. The staff has no intention of remedying this in spite of the pathetic pretense of having everyone who complains be in touch. 👍👍 Nearly empty at my first visit on a Saturday afternoon, offers tanning/massage chairs, and is on a second/third floor so has lots of natural light. Free weight area was a little crowded but thats unfortunately every gym.

👍👍 Wonderful staff that make you feel very comfortable and who provide genuine customer service. I went 20 minutes out of my way due to the energy and helpfulness of the staff when making the appointment on the phone, and my in person experience was even better ! Go here!
