👍👍 Nice they have shelters here you can sit out of the sun and eat lunch, while basking in the views of the lake and pier. Lake Michigan is gorgeous here, and it’s worth it to take a stroll after lunch to the pier and walk it, or to the concession area and bathrooms just to the south.

Home to an iconic rock formation, this beach is a popular setting for boating, camping & hiking.

👍👍 Small-ish beach with some neat sandstone formations nearby. The formations are just a couple meters northeast of the beach itself, and the area connects to the overall loop trail as well. The area is accessible during low tide and worth the visit.
