👍 Very clean water , but to late in the afternoon like around 6 is when the waves bring in the nastiness from the lake since the boats make waves. Other than that lovely beach and I love on the right hand side if the beach it has low water for the little ones to safely play.

👍👍 What a nice beach...the water was calm and not very deep. Good for families very clean and not crowded. The concessions and restrooms where clean. The rose garden was a pleasant surprise. They have a mobile library that had fun things to use...a good day on Lake Erie!

👍 This is a great beach for the area! I’m not thrilled with maybe a quarter of the people at the beach, some people are disrespectful and throw trash everywhere. 👍👍 We spent an afternoon here and had a great time. The beach was clean and the kids could safely play in the water while I watched on the beach. There are showers for rinsing off along with bathrooms, but they are a pretty far distance from the beach.

👍 If you like swimming in a lake like my family and I do you will like Maumee Bay. There are decent fishing areas as well. This place seems to have it all, grilling areas and ample parking. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

😠 Not much of a beach, small and dirty. The park is riddled with goose feces, and it doesn't appear they keep up on landscaping either. Wouldn't recommend as a place to picnic or swim.
