😠 I have lived in multiple apartments before, and I've never had issues with management or noise from neighbors. However, in this particular apartment, the walls are quite thin, as mentioned in several reviews. When I brought up my concerns with the management, they didn't seem to take them seriously....

👍👍 I’m a little late on my review but we have lived in Orchard Cove Apartments for almost 4 years. I have to say that it is such an amazing community and would give it a higher rate if I could. Located in a secluded quiet neighborhood and feels like home.

👍 Location is excellent. Condos are individually owned, so each one is very different. We had a lofted studio unit. Plenty of room for 4 people. Bldg 1500/Unit 34. Comfortable and well appointed. Could use some updates and a deep clean. For the price it was good.
