😠 The trees around the camp sites are nice but we will never go back. The boat ramp is anything but friendly and the area is infested with gnats! They also have no showers there and the fee you pay per day pass is outrageous!

👍👍 Great place to visit while in the area. I have many memories as a kid, 40+ years ago here. My recent visit was nice! Seemed like it's been more citified with all of the pavement driving to it. I didn't fish, but saw quite a few animals.

👍👍 Grew up coming here & love the peacefulness this area brings!! Very little has changed over the years other then the switch back up is now paved road... only down side, rough campground roads (boulders as big as your head peeking out of 2 foot deep tire ruts) & only 1 vault toilet for the area, so b...
