😠 0 customer service. Very rude staff. I went there to pick up my package. A gentleman and a lady there didn't even raise their head to look at the customer. They were mumbling, I could barely hear them, had to ask twice every time. Appearantly they didn't wanted to be bothered by anyone. I wonder why...

🫤 Couriers without any mazgo addresses write incorrectly, send on time, do not deliver

😠 Very disrespectful and rude customer support. I just called, one of their stuff shouted and hung up the phone, without giving further help. I think they should turn on the recording customer dialogs, to fire those rude employees.
