👍👍 Excellent hot pot in HN. One minus point is that you need to book early for the good (not too narrow) table and if eat too long, the steam may be condensed on the smoke pipe and drop to the pot. Other than that, the food is quite ok (the best after Haidilao in food quality I know so far).

😠 The terrible Experience ever. I almost swallowed a piece of sponge from Tom Yum Coong soup. The worst part was their reaction after I complained about it. Servers were not even reporting it to the manager until I asked them to call. Also the Manager tried to take the sponge from my hand.
