😠 This place is a nightmare. Rooms are small, very dirty, with mouldy smell. When we wanted to check out (because of things above) they charged us 120.000 VND for cleaning up... what? I don't know. They also keept our passport until we pay them... We asked for Police. If you want to stay here, don't.

😐 The owner is enthusiastic and likable. Without an elevator, climbing is quite tiring. I don't know what other rooms are like, but the room on the 3rd floor is quite small and has no soundproofing. The blankets have a bad smell.
