😠 I'm really disappointed with the Vietnamese security officer lady at consulate. She's cold, unfriendly and not very polite when talking to Canadians ( especially Vietnamese Canadians) at the consulate. I've never seen this attitude any government offices in Canada. It doesn't hurt to say "please"...
