Best places: Western restaurants in Vung Tau City, Vietnam

👍👍 Haven't been for ten years. Can't remember first time I visited. Mid late 90's early 2000's??? Still a great breakfast, still friendly happy staff. Had the ham and eggs, three mugs of tea. Still Belly saying, "Hello", then off.on his bicycle.

👍 I visited Matilda's twice, and, on both occasions, ate western food (which appears to be their specialty). It's a quiet place in a quiet part of Vũng Tàu to chat, relax, have a meal, and a few drinks.

😠 I rarely do negative reviews however Emily's kitchen leaves alot to be desired. I ate here alone as my child remained at the hotel room. They virtually kicked me out after just finishing my meal. I ordered vegetarian fried rice. It tasted nice....until....... Fast forward to the next morning..... S...
