Update #2: Replacement flowers have arrived. They are so pretty and well arranged. A huge improvement from the first time! Their customer service was great in dealing with the situation. Update: They have reached out to me and offered a replacement bouquet to be delivered. Will update again once it arrives. Very disappointed with the arrangement received today. It looked like they were missing types of flowers so they threw together what they had left. Bunch of random greenery, broken pieces, not full looking AT ALL. It looked nothing like it was supposed to and they arrived in very cold water and are all droopy. The card it came with was ripped in half in the holder. Also came with no flower food so i can’t even begin to try and improve their state. I paid $65 for these... the next morning one of the flowers was completely dead along with some greenery.

A few days ahead of a special occasion I contacted the store, which is owned by a family acquaintance from years ago. We finalized the order the morning of the event, and I was able to pick it up before closing. The arrangement was very much appreciated, and got many positive remarks.

I ordered a graduation bouquet for my best friend through Melissa and she was very helpful with my order. I requested designers choice with a specific colour scheme in mind and Lauren designed the bouquet beautifully. My friend said the flowers lasted a long time too, so we're both very satisfied with the bouquet!

Perfect location and great friendly staff. My parents used to order all their flowers with Alta Vista Flowers. I still continue this tradition, and find their services very personable. I recently asked if they would donate something to our event to raise money for mental health, and they were quick to offer gift certificates. It's nice to see local organizations supporting causes like mental health.

I placed two separate flower and cupcake orders and can't give enough praise on how beautiful and stunning they were. Absolutely my favourite flower shop! Thank you for making my co-workers day.

Their website kept automating the incorrect postal code repeatedly making it impossible for me to pay and I had to use a family member’s card to make the order. It was getting late in the day and the flowers we bought did not arrive at their destination. We called to make a kind inquiry as to when our delivery was going to arrive and were met with rudeness. The flowers that were delivered via the ‘florists choice’ selection were overpriced.

I am so grateful to Alta Vista Flowers! I send flowers to my mom each month and each month my mom is so delighted. She loves the colours and combinations of the ‘daily bouquet’ each and every time. Alta Vista Flowers always goes above and beyond in their product customer satisfaction. My go to for any occasion. Though their prices may seem above average. Truly a case where you get what you pay for. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. 😊

Ordered flowers for my Moms birthday off their website and she absolutely loved them. I selected florists choice to put together something with seasonal flowers, it was a stunning bouquet that smelled amazing. I placed the order in the evening and they were delivered the next day by noon.

I am a long time customer from out of town and was sent a discount code and free delivery if I ordered on line. It wouldn’t accept the code and I tried for over 25 minutes. I am a senior and had much trouble ordering the flowers. I called the florist and explained my difficulty and asked her if she would honor the free delivery and discount over the phone. She was very curt with me and said no. I explained I was a long time customer and would really appreciate her help. In no uncertain terms would she allow it. I will not be ordering from there again and immediately called Landon’s Florist. I forgot to mention that I had left a phone message 2 days prior and my call was never returned.

I ordered flowers for a friend in hospital. This company went above and beyond to make sure that the flowers were delivered the next day. I had wanted a dried flowers inspired look to add to our autumnal theme and you guys really knocked it out of the park. My sister ended up choosing Alta Vista flowers, and unbeknownst to her, she chose the same florist that I used for my prom more than a decade prior; with the same partner no less! Friendly and knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. Great selection, very responsive and reasonable prices! My favourite flower shop, ever since I wandered in to the old place years ago (IIRC they were on Bank south of Heron), and am still a very happy customer at their current location in Old Ottawa South.
