Ottawa
Flowers,
and
everyone
that
works
there,
have
no
regard
for
client
satisfaction
or
making
things
right
when
they
make
costly
mistakes.
My
son
paid
$1300
for
custom
flower
arrangements
for
my
late
wife’s
funeral
several
weeks
ago,
but
what
we
received
and
saw
the
morning
of
the
funeral
brought
even
more
tears
to
our
eyes
than
we
already
had.
We
had
requested
a
premium
casket
spray
with
yellow
roses
to
honour
the
memory
of
my
wife,
as
yellow
was
her
favourite
colour.
What
we
received
instead
was
a
full
white
casket
spray,
with
no
colour
at
all.
All
the
other
arrangements
for
the
funeral
were
white
already,
and
this
was
meant
to
be
the
centerpiece
with
bright
yellow
flowers,
because
my
late
wife
added
colour
and
sunshine
to
our
lives.
To
say
we
were
disappointed
would
be
an
understatement.
To
pay
$1300
and
to
receive
flowers
and
banners
that
all
had
something
wrong
with
them,
is
downright
unacceptable
and
despicable.
Even
after
my
son
went
back
and
forth
for
two
weeks
with
Kremena
at
Ottawa
Flowers
to
come
to
a
resolution
in
the
form
of
a
reimbursement
(of
which
we
only
received
a
small
amount),
we
were
left
feeling
tossed
aside
and
disrespected.
Kremena
and
Pavel
(the
owner,
who
also
doesn’t
care
to
make
things
right
for
his
employees’
mistakes),
claimed
we
were
being
unreasonable,
and
that
we
should
have
done
more
on
the
morning
of
the
funeral
to
make
things
right
at
that
time.
THE
MORNING
OF
THE
FUNERAL.
The
two
photos
I’ve
included
show
the
white
casket
spray
we
received,
compared
to
the
yellow
roses
we
had
to
go
and
purchase
ourselves
the
next
day
for
the
cemetery
(you
can
very
clearly
see
what
yellow
we
should
have
received
compared
to
what
we
got).
On
top
of
this,
we
paid
for
resin
flower
preservation
of
the
casket
spray,
which
will
now
only
be
white,
forever
to
show
the
mistakes
of
Ottawa
Flowers,
and
the
fact
that
they
would
not
make
things
right
when
they
were
so,
so
wrong.
Please,
do
yourself
a
favour
and
avoid
Ottawa
Flowers
like
the
plague.
As
a
business
owner
myself,
their
business
practices
are
truly
shocking
and
lack
any
professionalism
and
accountability
for
their
actions.
If
you
want
to
order
flower
arrangements
for
special
occasions,
or
for
events
like
a
funeral,
do
not
spend
a
single
dollar
here
unless
you
want
to
be
disappointed
and
want
to
spend
even
more
money
elsewhere
to
actually
get
what
you
want.
