I've been dealing with Message Centre for a couple years now. The corporate discounts they offer are better than I can find through other companies. The most impressive part of this business is the customer service. Both Paul and Alyssa are great! They are professional, courteous, and extremely prompt in replying to phone calls/emails. Today I wanted a change to my plan and it happened right away; not only that, Alyssa found a mistake made by Telus (it happens) and immediately rectified it and compensated me for it. Top notch customer service!

I have had 2 phones through them and both times the experience was fantastic. You can't beat the prices anywhere and the customer service is great. They know what they are doing and I appreciate the effort they have put into making sure I have only what I need and don't try to sell you what you don't need. This is now my go-to place for a phone. And the fact that their phone plans are affordable helps too.

I was recommended this cell phone store by a friend because of their deals on new cell phones. When I went to the store I got all the info I needed on new smart phones and the best deals on cell phone plans. Also very pleased with the continued level of support; when I have any questions, break my phone, or just want to upgrade I call them and they pick up. I really like how you can contact Message Centre directly for help instead of waiting for Telus.

They offer corporate mobile discounts for federal and municipal employees under Telus. Their business hours are a bit of a bummer, as you can’t really see them during the weekends, but if you want a cheap plan through Telus and you work for the federal or municipal government, this is the place to go.
