Home Depot is one of my favorite stores to go to for my home repair/ renovation projects. They carry a wide selection of brand named products in store so I can see and carryout what I need. The store has a great no fuss return policy so I can make sure I have enough for the project and return whatever I don't need as long as it hasn't been used or damaged. I also like Home Depot's email receipt as that is a great record of what exactly I purchased when I am preparing my taxes. The staff and prices are also good. If you like my photos, reviews or videos give them a thumbs up, but watch where you swing the hammer. It really hurts when the thumb gets in the way. Lol

We rented carpet cleaning and reserved time for pickup. They have dedicated entrance for tools rentals. Store is sure big with huge selections, friends stall and and Amazing customer service. We did not see any problems with our order or service we received. Eat experience, great service.

South Keys location I went in n to by 24X24 pavers. I asked to pay for them now and asked if the store could put on a pallet and I would have a truck come by the following day to pick up. I was told by customer service it was not possible? The total was about 700.00. No problem, I went to Innes rd and it was a pleasure, they did it not a problem and it was ready the next day. Second issue, I went to return a light. My wife did not like it, so it had to be returned. I paid 49.00 plus tax. I did not have the receipt and the credit card I used expired and I received a new one and they would not accept it. They wanted to give me a store credit for 34.00. I decided it was better to just break the light in-front of them and toss in the garbage. Never to return to this store and sadly I had given this store thousands of dollars. But, convenience is over. I will go out if my way just to not use this location. I have to say all these places are chasing the same nickel and customers we service is important and this store is not rated high in my opinion for customer service.

Hard working staff very helpful. Busy the store around 4pm, no line outside. Lots of stock in gardening décoration and beautiful plants. Thank you to the staff for the work and help.

Nice sized home depot with convenient hours and location. The intersection can get a bit busy though. The staff is great. They seem nice and friendly. Everything seems to be organized well to find whatever you need.

All home renovation needs can be found here , at the very large store in Southkey area , and they have rental moving vans there also . I bought one piece of wood at its dept and had a staff there to cut in half and brought home making stand for tv to the wall. Many times I went to caulking and tapes section to buy stuff for kitchen and bathroom repairs, and just forgot the spot because this warehouse is really really big, so I think a customer shall find the item he; she need for home improvement . And customers can also rent a van to drive the stock home if that is so heavy to carry. In conclusion, the store provide most of home improvement needs from the floor to the roof.

I can’t say enough about the customer service that I’ve been receiving by Ashley in customer service. I’ve been in several times in the last week and can’t praise this staff member enough. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. Anyone that deals with Ashley will understand. Home Depot, you have a good one!

Absolutely unreliable rental service! Booked a trailer 1 week in advance and got notified 4 hours before that the reservation is cancelled because it's broken. Like it broke down exactly at 7am on Saturday. We were going to use that trailer for moving and now we need to look for other options for today. If we would be notified earlier - we would be prepared. Such a horrible rental system, never coming back there!

I went to get 47 bags of mulch and asked for some help loading the mulch. Gabe and Shaun were very helpful, I went to pay for the mulch before grabbing it and they had 2 carts loaded with the 47 bags of mulch when I got to the mulch and helped me loaded everything into my trailer. Very polite, prompt, and friendly service from the 2 guys!

Received great service from Gabe earlier today. He was both very helpful and kind! Excellent Christmas tree selection at this store also :)

Always knowledgeable, especially awesome staff. Really friendly folks who will go out of their way to help you, whereas most customer service these days takes the opposite trend of treating clients as some kind of unexpected burden (see: every grocery store). I think this is what happens when you hire, pay, and train staff appropriately, but I'm just guessing.

I recently bought the Kilz primer from this place to prime and paint my entire house. I began priming and needed to wait a day until it dried before I could start painting. The next day, I came to an absolute disaster. All the primer had cracked like spider web. (Pictures below). I got the opinion of a few other paint stores and was informed that the primer was either expired or left in really cold conditions by the store to cause this. This was confirmed as I noticed even the paint gallon had the same exact spider cracks on the spot that I had poured paint from (picture below). This is absolutely not acceptable. I expect someone to contact me ASAP!

I recently purchased some appliances from The Home Depot and I am happy to say that it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived at the store, I was treated with respect and warm customer service. All my questions were answered quickly, the prices were competitive and the delivery service was excellent.

Usually always stocked. Phone lines can be busy sometimes, staff are super friendly and patient. The amount of repetitive questions they get all day is painful. Haven’t had any issues here ever expect for parking. Some poor parking jobs but I usually always park away from main clustered spots. Caution, the hold for tool rentals can sometimes be high. Rentals for work vans and so forth can also sometime be excessive. More than you’re average car rental or about the same as a premium or luxury class vehicle. Maybe it was a one-off.

At the beginning of spring, I make a point of coming to the garden center here to pick up supplies. From garden decorations to soil to plants, I find this location to be very well stocked. On my latest trip, I bought a decorative waterfall that I was very happy with.

Update:Today went to buy Styrofoam again and glad to see that the supplier has improved the quality. Nice and smooth finish and no bubbles The styrofoam quality is getting worse. It has been a while I have been seeing this but looks like they don't have any inspection process in place. They have been quietly raising the price every year but the quality is going down. Their styrofoam comes with layer of foil paper that makes it stronger and durable but there are now lots of bubbles between the foam and foil paper and when you cut them into pieces the foil paper no more holds in place. Came in on Tuesday, and had trouble finding the things I needed. I went to this wonderful lady called Aya and she was able to help me find everything I needed and answered all the questions I had. I felt bad as if I was taking some of her time but she assured me that it’s okay. She then also helped me at the cash and made sure everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for your patience Aya!

My place to get anything I need around the house and I go there sometimes to release my stress. Something about the people there makes a retired person like myself feel happy around lumber, tools and all the atmosphere. Lovely people, helpful and courteous. I will apply for part time work there.

The store is fantastic, the staff is fantastic, there's no way that the cash registers. If staff is very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the parking lot can be pretty tricky to get in and out of. If you are even a slightly nervous driver make sure that you approach the home Depot from the north heading southbound on Bank Street.
