I used to visit this clinic until couple years ago before I completely switched over to a different one. Their cleaning services are decent. But filling dental cavities wasn't. Firstly, their anaesthetic wasn't effective, which left me in pain throughout. Secondly, a would never filled or done properly which they would have to be redone at tremendous time and cost. I must have spend many times the fee instead of having the job done properly the first time. Not to mention there would be a different dentist every time. I finally ended up switching to a completely different clinic where I got my filling done once with a good anaesthetic and never had to go back again.

Abby thank you so much for your hard work. Just had my whitening and molds for jewelry. Abby was so knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Took out extra time to explain things and show me how to do maintenance later. Also very reasonable prices. Had an Awesome experience felt like a V.I.P for the day. Will definitely be going back for future work. Thank you Abby and everyone at Inova!

I got treatment done somewhere else and was in a lot of discomfort. That’s when I reached out to inova dental on Friday and they got me in for an emergency examination right away for Saturday. They let me know exactly what was wrong and how they would fix the situation… they gave me the earliest availability they had and started right away on my procedure. The doctor and staff are by far the sweetest and funniest people I’ve come across. They had me feeling so comfortable during my time there which was great considering how nervous I was. They even stayed past closing hours to ensure they help me with my situation… Considering how much pain and discomfort I had in my last experience with the dentist, I was very nervous to feel that way again. However, after my treatment was over, the doctor prescribed me pain medication and I haven’t even had to take that at all. I highly recommended this clinic to everyone. Considering all the treatments they did for me in one sitting… it is honestly completely painless. Thank you Inova team for taking such good care of me!! 🤍

I was looking for a place to get my teeth cleaned, and I am so lucky I chose Inova Dental. Literally I felt like I was visiting my favourite Aunts house because they were so welcoming and kind. The moment you walk in you are pampered and treated like Royalty. I met Petra today who was assisting Abby and I can not describe Petra in just a few words, she is simply an incredible human with the biggest heart I have ever seen, she truly made my dayyyyy. We all need a Petra in our life for sure. Abby who did my cleaning and X-rays was beyond professional, meticulous, a sea of vast knowledge and a beautiful soul. I can not get over how wonderful those people are. It is really scarce that you find good people out there! I am never going anywhere else for whatever I need and I am recommending Inova to everyone I know. Thank you so much Petra and Abby hope to see you again soon :)

This was the best dental experience I had. The dental assistant Petra was so friendly and welcoming, she explained everything they’re going to do. Abby, the hygienist, was genuine and professional. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I have a trip in a week and I wanted to get another teeth whitening session and a filling done before I leave. She was so accommodating and was willing to open the clinic early or stay after closing hours to work around my work schedule. Absolutely recommend this clinic.

Dr Louis and his staff are excellent and very friendly. I had laser gun contouring and whitening done and it turned out even better than expected. Will be back here in the future!

The practice itself was clean and modern. The attention to detail and personalized care I received from the entire team surpassed my expectations. My son saw Dr. Aulakh and was very happy with her. I called to make another appointment for him and was told she is not working there. I asked for an appointment and reminded them that my son was on ODSP. The receptionist told me they do not take ODSP patients any longer. Just advising everyone.

Aby was incredibly gracious to accommodate my short-notice appointment. The customer service was exceptional, and I received excellent attention throughout my visit. I opted for cleaning and X-ray procedures, both of which were executed with great care. The pre procedure was great as they asked me about my history and the examination itself was very good. There was a post examination as well reflecting their attention to detail. The entire team was super nice and professional, making the experience even better. As a bonus, I received an electric toothbrush, which was the icing on the cake. Despite my initial hesitation towards dental appointments, I'll definitely be returning here in the future. First of all, when my niece was visiting Canada, she needed an urgent dental care. She was so much in pain and we found Dr. Carlyle Louis Dentistry which is under Inova Dental Clinic. Leaving his clinic my niece was so amazed the way they take good care of her. Having said that we are also looking for a new dental clinic. With my niece nice experience. I decided to let my husband to give a try. My husband was also impressed with his thorough examination & his happy with their knowledge & experience. Today It was my turn for the second visit. I’m glad we found Dr. Louis. He will greet you with a happy face that make you feel that his happy for what he does. He so knowledgeable & so professional. Abby, you can tell that she knows exactly what she’s talking about. Petra is such a person with a great attitude towards her work. Overall, it’s a fabulous dental clinic. Best dental clinic in the city !!!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming from the receptionist to the dentists … I had a consult first to see if there was any option to remove stains on my teeth that I had my entire life. A lot of people told me veneers was my only option. But Abby the hygienist gave me hope, she told me she will try her best, and when I tell you she did the most amazing job. Like I literally wanted to cry when I seen the difference. If I could thank her a 1000 times I would. She is by far the best dentist I have ever went to. She’s very caring, like you can really see she wants the best for you. It’s only been a day and I’ve received so many compliments from my friends and family. I will always recommend her to everyone I know. So if you’re thinking about coming here, do your self a favour and book that appointment asaaaaap, you will not regret it !!!!!

Absolutely amazing dentist I have ever dealt with in my life. Abby as well is amazing! The dentist went above and beyond for me after hours while on vacation in another country. He took the time to call in a prescription! I highly highly recommend this dental office! I have never been treated so well in my life. Not to mention I’ve had root canals done here and I felt no pain, no issues and all around great work! Thank you so much to the dental team at INOVA dental!
