Not a good place to live not a good place to work. Tons of criminal activity. I worked here and understand how things work. Conflict between management and upper management. Stuff doesn’t really get done. For the rent trust me you could find something nicer for the price. Everyone just collecting there payments internally and externally the clients here are unhappy because of things not being repaired. Apartment started falling apart after the 2nd week I moved in. Working here the management gave me the same work orders 3 weeks in a row.

Well, there are quite few things you should know about the building before moving in: - constant construction! Like 24/7/365 and guess what? Nothing is getting better! - No underground parking! (It’s under construction for more than a year now!) - Water outages! - top it up with no warm water for more than a month! - bugs all over the place! It’s absolutely disgusting 🤢 - Most importantly, bully and impolite building management staff! If you thinking about this place, you better think again!

We lived here for 5 years initially under Q management we enjoyed our stay. Clean well maintained tenant focussed by staff that lived in the bldg. However things drastically declined when Cogir took over. Staff was cut in half nobody lived in the bldg anymore just walk into office and out the door at 4pm. Bugs, fire alarms numerous times false alarms mostly daily, water turned off constant construction with no regard for tenants. Building security dud not exist tennis court bbq court were wide open for public to use. Gies were lit from trash in there. Sent pictures and emails to Cogir but they rmbmnever responded

It’s okay. Our rental flat was good. Faced at front view of road. Easy to get subway and bus stop. It’s feels good. Apartment building cleaning services were not good enough. They will improve their quality of maintenance services. Otherwise excellent place for everything.

One of the new employee is rude and uneducated of the details of the building residents. I was previously instructed over a year ago to deliver mail from the previous tenant as they passed away and the rental office asked that I bring any received mail for that tenant to the office. While delivering the mail today to the new office employee I was treated extremely condescendingly to which bystanders intervened due to the lack of respect and proper communication exhibited by this new employee. Extremely disappointing and unnecessary manner from this individual.

The agent, Meilan, is more than excellent! She's pretty reliable and willing to help. She would reply my emails even at 8,9pm or have appointments during weekend. She's the only agent who finally helped me get a parking space after spending the ridiculous 9 months talking to the rent office for this issue. But still the building is just ok, be prepared for routinely water shutdown, fire alarms, and LRT noise.

I had a wonderful experience in getting the apartment for rent. Meilan who was my lease manager ensured that all the formalities are done in shorted amount of time. Overall, very convenient place to live with family without car.

Meilan is the most responsible and serious staff member in the office, and she is currently handling the job of three people. She responds immediately and makes sure that everything is done on time. She is busy but is always welcoming. Thank you for taking care of tenants!

My husband and I moved into this building last year. I can definitely say that living here has been pretty good. The building is undergoing some renovations which turn out to be great! The new carpets in the hallway and newly painted doors look classy! Our unit has brand new appliances. The location of this building is always a plus. Meilan and the management have been very helpful in regards to our maintenance requests.

I've been here going on 7yrs, LRT just across the street at Lees station . Restaurants a few minutes away .since Cogir to over, its been a lot of renovations through out the building, and they have redone the parking lot. glad they are taking care of the apartments however, I which they would update the cupboards and anything else needed for the tenants who already live here for years. The pool needed some attention, wish they would extend the hours for swimming for those who work late at least until 10pm. I find its pretty quiet most of the time except when they are renovating other apartments.

This building is a really great place to live. I have been living here for the past 1 year and had a really good experience. Meilan Sai was my leasing agent and she really helped me with everything. She was so good with everything and even today, if I have any issues she's always there to guide me and help me with anything and everything. I would definitely recommend this building for students and working professionals!
