I've been coming to visage for years. Love this place. Had the pleasure of meeting Briana today and she is just amazing. Highly recommend her. She knows her stuff. She took the time to show us and tell us what she was doing rather than just doing and never asking what we thought. Many could take some lessons from her. We can't wait to see her again.

First negative review i have ever written. I Went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday after years. I wanted to just clean up the bottom portion and told her I did not want to get rid of my natural arch. I even offered to show her pics of my eyebrows done and what I ment. She told me no problem. Fast forward, my eyebrows are horrible and my arches were waxed off . They don't look the same in the slightest. One is thin almost looks like a tadpole shape and the other is just straight. Very disappointed to say the least. Patiently waiting for them to grow back 🫣🫣

Went in with my sister to get my ears pierced and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Both Heather and Noah helped us out. Noah was amazing and I adore my new piercings. Will definitely be coming back if (more like when lol) I want more:))

Today I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of watching the lovely staff patiently pierce a 4 year old waiting until she was ready! Taking so much time to make sure this older woman could get a new piercing to cover up an old ripped piercing, pierce a teens ear while 20 friends from high school looked on with respect and humour. I loved how I felt so amazing I returned 1 hour later to ask Heather for another piercing. As a business owner myself I also loved the mutual respect and obvious respect between the staff. I will recommend all the services! Best experience ever!

I was able to book an appointment and come in on the same day for a nose piercing. They charge you by the jewelry with no cost for the piercing itself, which may end up being cheaper than some other places. I got the procedure done with Heather and she was very friendly and helpful. She explained the process the whole way through and was receptive to my concerns and any changes I wanted to make on the piercing placement. It's been over a week and the piercing is healing nicely with no issues.

We just stopped by with my daughter to get her ears pierced. They were very professional and reassuring to my daughter explaining everything. Great choice of earrings as well. We are very happy with the kindness and patience showed to us. Thank you!

I went there with my daughter to see if she’d get her ears pierced. We had the chance to meet Noah. This guy is simply the best person we couldn’t ask for. He was the best with my daughter to reassure her, explain the procedure and she loves her piercings. I even ended up piercing my ears and nose. Very impressed with all the sanitizing. Amazing and professional place. Go see Noah, you won’t regret!

Pretty annoyed with booking a proper appointment. I travel far to get here for one specific girl. I requested her and showed up to have someone else try to do them. I specifically said I wanted someone to do them and they told me she was in at 1:00. When I showed up that wasn’t the case the person on the phone lied to me, and never put in that I requested that girl… not sure why they didn’t book it properly, but I have a tight schedule and I didn’t wanna go with someone who never did my brows before so I had to rebook for Monday. Please book ur request as they are asked for in the first place this ruined my entire day and now I have to leave work early on Monday. Time matters and so does the person who does my brows since I’m picky ….
