😠 I ordered a cinnamon roll, hoping for a nice snack before my flight. However this roll must’ve been made in the image of the Sahara desert. It was gritty, flavourless and bone dry. I literally think I would have a more flavourful and moister cinnamon roll if I put plain flour, in the oven at 500°f,... People often mention sandwich,

I ordered a cinnamon roll, hoping for a nice snack before my flight. However this roll must’ve been made in the image of the Sahara desert. It was gritty, flavourless and bone dry. I literally think I would have a more flavourful and moister cinnamon roll if I put plain flour, in the oven at 500°f, for 2 days, and sprinkled it with the dust found in the bottom of my vacuum cleaner.

$18.84 for a ham and cheese sandwich and a bottle of Dr Pepper. I understand about airport prices but I looked in the bottom of the clam shell sandwich container and noticed a sticker with a date code. The current date was 4 days past the date on the sticker. Assuming that's when it was made - I was sold a 4 day old sandwich. (See photo) I'd suggest going anywhere else of you need something to eat.

Quaint little coffee shop at YOW (on the departures side past security) Good menu and lots of options but expensive. As one would assume at an airport but a cappuccino and a package of trident gum shouldn’t be $12. RIP OFF. Nice and friendly staff but expen$ive

Avoid this place at all cost. Most people just came for coffee. Had a voucher to use for delayed flight, decided on Cafe et Vin since Timmie's had a very long line, and no other restos open yet. We ordered coffee with oat milk ($5), cinnamon rolls($3), yogurt parfait ($8), egg sandwich ($10) and apple ($3). Coffee was bad, wife said even Timmie's was actually better compared to this. Cinnamon roll was soggy on the inside. This was opposite to the bone dry comment in a past review. Seems like it's inconsistent. I didn't have the guts to try it while wife described and showed it to me. Apple was super old and stale. Cut it open, seed was sprouting in the middle. The driest apple I've ever eaten, felt like it sucked the moisture from my mouth. Yogurt parfait had no taste and extremely overpriced. Egg sandwich was flavourless, with soggy bread slices, and almost made me yack while eating. The only saving grace here was the one staff member doing her best to handle the long line efficiently.

WANT TO FEEL RIPPED OFF? $11.29 for a bag of chips on June 25/22. What a complete rip-off in Trudeau-land. What else can one expect! Immediately after paying for this when I found the price I asked to return it. She said I couldn't as her boss wasn't there to override the transaction. Complete daylight robbery. No prices were marked either. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience. $14.68 for a small sandwich. There aren’t even labels with ingredients on the packages, what if someone is allergic to something? Unsafe. I asked the lady working there which sandwich was which and she got visibly annoyed at me which certainly didn’t help me with picking the sandwich, I felt rushed and felt like I needed to buy whatever just to leave fast.

Food is absolutely terrible. The bread in the sandwiches are so stale that it tastes like nothing and the crumbs fall off every bite and the inside is mushy. The turkey and the fillings were so depressing and disappointing, the poor things shouldn’t have died to become that… Mocha was the only thing tolerable. The staff were extremely rude refusing to help us and rolling their eyes when we were choosing what to order

I’m writing this review based on Amaran, who was efficient, friendly and calm when she was working by herself at 7am when the line was endless. People were frustrated because the line was so long. She was the only one staffed, yet she was very good at her job and deserves to be compensated well. Staff are processing the volume she was and on their own ought to be paid a premium for shifts like that. I also liked that they had strawberries and yogurt here. $4.99 for a pack of plain gum is gauging though.
