Lansdowne area is the place to be during spring or summer, to have a walk among mighty tulips and sprouting plants, with flowering trees and dining green grass. Kids can play and parents can enjoy quality time. Strongly recommended. Reviewed by Tarek Belghith, RZ Network Canada.

Lots of fun at Landsdowne park. Hubby and I have gone to the cinema and enjoyed the restaurants and bars. There is a delightful farmers market that you have to check out. We have attended activities in the horticulture building and salsa danced in the plaza. Great place and be sure to check out all the activities.

Forget the shopping and the restaurants, or go there after you do this. Go to the canal side of the horticultural building. There you will find a lovely garden in many raised steel beds. You won't forget it! Tell me if you find the fairy garden!

Beautiful Christmas Market. First time we have had an event in the horticultural building and it was very nice.

This place has some of my favourite restaurants. Parking kind of sucks but it's not so bad. They often have great local market and other local shows that support a variety of "local" events. One of the best places in Ottawa to hang out or attend.

Don't listen to the grumpy people, it's busy and lively every evening throughout the spring summer and fall and a great jumping off point for winterlude. Just don't try driving your car on an event day. You're just asking for it if you do that. Take the shuttles or park a distance away and enjoy a nice walk with other people.

Lansdown Park offers a refreshing atmosphere that sets it apart from the downtown area. It's a great place to enjoy a peaceful time with a diverse crowd, creating a welcoming and safe environment for visitors. I appreciate the sense of community and cleanliness here, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Jamie, the “ticket box office” manager is horrible at her job and gave me a terrible experience at escapade, too big of a role for this lady, completely unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant. Instead if helping us with information about the event she tried to escort us out of the event but we were already outside the venue? The security guard didn’t even bother moving due to how ridiculous this “Jamie” was being. I’m sure I speak for many customers and lansdown staff when I say this.

I was exploring Landsdown as my child was at an event. While it is a strangely partially accessible for wheelchair user. Bathrooms in what used to be city owned facilities was accessible, almost all the businesses were not. I ended up going outside to access food. Very disappointing to say the least

LOVE COMING HERE!! In the summer on the weekends you will be sure to find some fun activities / markets open. The park is great for kids to come and play. It’s clean and not very busy. Overall a great park.

I love coming here in the winter with my children to skate on the outdoor rink and toboggan on the hill next to TD Place. This park space is great, as you can skate most of the winter thanks to the refrigerated rink, and play basketball in the warmer months when the rink is converted into a basketball court. As for the hill and field, what is a perfect spot for tobogganing in the winter becomes an ideal area for everything from hosting music festivals to offering great green space to play in.

Always a fun night. However, after recently visiting Mosaic Stadium in Regina, OSEG has some work to do to compete.

The cineplex has a vip where you can even order booze to your seat, the stadium houses both sports games and concerts, there's a large open field with a workout structure at the very back, lot sof restaurant options, an LCBO and Whole foods, and a few other things like weekend farmers markets. A lovely modern area for a nice stroll and maybe a bit more.

Still needs more restaurants and shops in my opinion. Also needs a coffee shop! I don't understand why there are learning centres or schools inside the cobblestone courtyard where people go socialize. Besides all that, it's a cute setting.

Skating rink is awesome. Just need some hot chocolate vendors/ coffee and maybe a small space for hockey on the rink.

One of Ottawa's landmarks. Some good stores and lots of photo ops. The farmer's market is always worth a visit.
