I ordered delivery past midnight. It is on the pricy side with one chicken platter coming to $20 but It was tasty and large portion size. The food was warm and tasty. The salad was fresh too. Definitely recommend this place.

Overall a decent experience. Friendly service that was extremely quick and you get large portions. I paid $30 for 2 items I tried the Halifax Donair. It was okay, I would try the chicken Shawarma pita wrap instead next time I’m here. 7.6/10 I also got a small beef poutine and it was good. The portion was too big for me to finish. But using the garlic potatoes instead of fries really upped the flavour. 8/10 If you’re ever driving through downtown and are craving shawarma I would recommend stopping in. The biggest con of this place is the garlic sauce was less flavourful than other Shawarma spots I’ve tried.

I'm new to Canada and I try Poutine everywhere but none like 3 Brothers, they always have excellent service!!

Returned to this location for a mixed shawarma platter after a long hiatus. And the food and service were excellent. Returned the following day for the same mixed shawarma platter, and the food looked great and service was excellent. Will try to stop by more frequently.

I consider myself a Shawarma connoisseur lol. This is my favorite Shawarma in Ottawa BY FAR and I have tried A LOT of them! I always get the mix Shawarma and sometimes Shawarma poutine. The meat is always fresh and juicy which is why I come here. It is also biggest complaint for all the other Shawarma places in the city which I find serve dry meat. I also feel the customer service at this 3 Brothers is excellent, friendly and always accommodating. Lack of friendly service is another complaint I have for other Shawarma places in the city (check out my other reviews). All in all amazing food, excellent service! 5 star! Don't believe some of the other reviews.

Had shawarma pizza, chicken poutine and mixed shawarma platter. Portion is reasonable, loved pizza the most. Shawarma platter the meat was juicy however, the poutine was too salty. Generally good

Came to eat with my friend and we got a family mixed meal for 2 and both the chicken and meat was very good. Firas and his team did an awesome job too preparing it asap for the both of us. I would definitely recommend this place for others and would come back again!!

Found this place by accident and decided to go in on a whim. Knowing The original Shawarmas in middle east cannot be beaten, I wasn't expecting too much at the place. I was surprised by how good the shawarmas were. Chicken done perfectly, khobez nice and soft, the right flavour for the garlic mayo and the right level of tanginess for the pickles. All boxes ticked. What more can you ask? Additionally I tried their chicken poutine too. I have no reference for poutine as it was my first time. To be honest, I found that it was alright. Nothing to fault the meal. The staff was very friendly and appeared to be people who knew what they were doing.

I ordered pizza cheese only just 13$ too expensive however if you go another restaurant you can buy medium or large for more topping with same price. In addition poor customer service quality

We love this place! 4 of us have eaten there twice recently and each time ordered their chicken sandwiches. My kids still talk about how delicious their sandwiches were - honestly! We really enjoyed the food and it came recommended by a customer also eating inside who gave us the thumbs up from the window as we passed by looking in at their menu! The service was friendly and upbeat! Keep up the tasty food and nice service! Cheers!

Originally when I ordered using Uber Eats my order was incomplete and missing some items. I called in immediately and they were apologetic and said to keep the receipt and they would make it right. A month later I walked in and explained that night. They replaced my order pretty much and in my opinion.. went above and beyond. I definately suggest this place to anyone wanting a good Pizza, Shawarma or Poutine. 5 out 5 in my opinion!

This is always my go to when near the downtown area after hours! I always get the chicken shawarma poutine and it always delivers! Make sure to add some spicy garlic ontop! Also they make pizza which I like to add shawarma ontop or some halal pepperoni

This place is Ottawa best shawarma!! the food and service is impeccable and the menu has something for everyone!! i come as much as i can but the sandwiches and wraps are my go-tos!

Every time I come in here the service is amazing. The food is great, but I’d say the people that work here are what really make this place. I’m very picky and don’t always know what I want and they never make me feel rushed while ordering. I’m a frequent flyer so they have my order memorized. I’ve been given free garlic sauce and humus several times! the prices are great and the food is even better. The garlic potatoes are my favourite. I come here with my boyfriend after the gym or on a Saturday night after the bars with friends. It’s my go to spot, I’ve never once had a bad experience. Love this place!

Ordered delivery shawarma chicken plate, no garlic sauce so ended up eating dry chicken and rice and potatoes…. Extremely disappointed

The taste is awful , super cold . We got the garlic potatoes burnt, cooked with engine oil. Dark, saggy and tasteless. The Poutine is cold and very saucy (potato’s are also gross). This was the worst food experience in ottawa.

I'm a big fan of their gravy and beef, so if you catch some fresh fries the beef poutine is hard to beat.

I recently visited 3 Brothers Shawarma for the first time and was really impressed with the quality of their food and their excellent customer service. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful, and it was clear that they use high-quality ingredients in their dishes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and made sure that I had a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service!

Atmosphere is not ostentatious, which is good. Service was chill and polite. Food was amazing. I came in here to try out their Donair. I got a large one thinking I would eat one half now and the other later on tonight. But it was so good that I finished it in one go. My only complaint is that the food is really good and I ate too much. So this is more of a complaint concerning myself and I now need to take a nap. Also I am from Halifax and I will be the judge of what is a good donair and what is not. 3 Brothers Donair is a solid 10/10 eh!

This place is amazing first time having a chicken shawarma poutine here and it is the best poutine I've ever put in my mouth. The chicken is soft and moist and the fries are just perfect, the gravy is not too salty and putting a little bit of garlic sauce on is amazing

The food’s always good and the guys who work here are always very nice. My food took longer than expected, but they were very apologetic and threw in a garlic potato which wasn’t necessary but was very sweet. Always recommend people try out 3bros when visiting town

Went on a first date here once, the food was good and so is the memory! Just want to say, never say no to garlic sauce just cause you don't want your breath to smell like garlic, garlic is too good to pass up, trust me, it ain't worth a kiss lmao

Called to find out about an order I posted over an hour and half through skip, I was notified at 2:48 my driver arrived, at 3:10 I called where the man who answered could learn a thing or two about PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, and how he speaks to paying customers, the most ignorant disgrace service provided by someone representing a business. To even think the way he spoke and ignorantly hung up the phone is a person employed to serve customers is enough to make any paying customer never purchase from this establishment again. If you can’t keep up with your orders, and your that overwhelmed you should probably seek other employment skip is hiring for drivers!!!! We are going on almost 2 hours with a driver waiting for the order, and food still not even finished 1 pizza does not take 2 hours….

Got the beef platter for pickup through Skip and order notes were not followed. The quality was okay but will be sticking to Shawarma Palace next time. Don’t bother with the poutine

I am here regularly! Their Sweet Sauce stole my heart the second it hit my tongue. The men are all very pleasant and welcoming. ATM that only charges $2 instead the double everywhere else charges. BITCOIN available for purchase here as well. They are open till 4 or 5am- the ONLY place that's open for food in the city late since the pandemic. They are packed with after bar rush- so lots of drunkens-- and I have never once seen a disagreement, hostility or disrespect from anyone. They rock. All around.

I was having an appetite for potatoes and after looking at the color I got bit skeptical whether they have been overcooked or burnt but when I started eating them, I figured those were dark spices (not overcooked) and it tasted so good I could eat them all day long. Will go in there again anytime soon. ❤️👍

Ordered take out and got the 2 person family meal for my wife and myself. Although there was a fair amount of food (mainly lots of rice), we got the SMALLEST portions of hummus and garlic sauce I have ever received when ordering shawarma, from anywhere... It wasn't even enough for one person! But I mean, I got the option to order more which was great! (Sarcasm; I'm not paying more for items I should have received when I just spent $50 on them). Honestly, I recommend trying other places in town. They're similar in price but portions (especially meat) can be larger and in my opinion they're just as tasty if not tastier. I was not impressed and I will probably not be returning to any of their locations.

Amazing place, amazing staff and the taste was delicious. I was new in Ottawa the staff suggested the dish as per my taste and like and it was amazing. The quantity served was value for the money. I would be visiting this place again. Also the staff is very polite and friendly.

So I’m from Halifax, and it’s very rare that I can get a donair that taste like it hear from home or even garlic fingers. This is probably the closes I can get to being back home garlic fingers are delicious. The sauce could be a little thicker, but in all was delicious, the Donaire is so close to being home there’s just something missing, but honestly really good and I love it. Thank you guys for bringing a little home to the city.

Highly recommend Shawarma! After being away from Canada for 2 years, my first returning meal was right here. They offer top 1 shawarma in Ottawa, and my personal favorite is their beef with hummus. Moreover, the owners are really kind and respectful of their clients. I once forgot my bag in the seat, and when I went back, the owners had taken great care of it. I am truly grateful to them! I will definitely keep coming back for more.

I personally think they make great food. I have been dining at this particular location for over 6 years on a regular basis and it's my favorite place in Ottawa. The owner is very respectful of his clients and his services are fast. The atmosphere is not luxurious but it's clean and decent for food consumption.
