The staff is in my top 5 list of worst experiences ever. This is a place where you should feel respected, and treated properly. You are dealing with your most personal issues, and the receptionist, or assistance treats you with very little compassion or kindness. I attempted to book an appointment, and they are requesting for you to block off a half day to receive a call at any time during that scheduled timeframe. Forget that you work a fulltime job... they don't care. They are quick to have an excuse when you try to compromise with the time, "That's what the doctor told us to say", "They have a lot of patients that day".... Why has booking an appointment changed since the days you went into the medical center? I understand and I am fine that you can not book down to the second when a doctor will see you, but a four hour window is unacceptable. Calculate the average time per visit, and then add some buffer, if you book someone for 1:00 PM, then say you can expect a 30-45 minute wait. You might get the odd case where it goes over that, but at least you are not taking a half-day for a 30 min call. Send the receptionists to some customer service training or something, or find someone who has the ability to be kind and compassionate with people seeking medical attention.

This is actually a really good clinic, it seems more like a hidden gem, and yet it's in an accessible and noticeable enough location, right across from Mooney's Bay beach and Hog's Back. I am always very happy here, even though sometimes the wait times can be, well... typical wait times, which is normal enough for the walk-in aspect, but of course they can't be faulted for that. Each day is different. ;) I always enjoy the great staff, the ladies in the front reception are helpful and seasoned, the doctors are terrific, and the small pharmacy located within is certainly convenient! In other words, for many prescriptions, you can get them right there after your doctor's appointment, depending what it might be. I've been going here a while, and now recently have made it my own personal family doctor clinic. Dr "D" rocks! Thanks so much to all staff, for your tireless service and help 😊

If I could give a zero for this doctor I would and I never write bad reviews but I’m sorry, some things need to be told. And please know this is after many encounters. I echo a lot of the same comments here- No care or respect for patients, rude, very dismissive and felt as though we are wasting her time, careless, wrong diagnosis twice and prescribed different ointments. Literally took us forcefully asking to see a specialist , and it was cancer. No words.

Dr. Arora is awesome. She has always been very proactive with all my health issues, and sent me for referrals when needed. She's very thorough, professional and just a great Dr. I'm very grateful to have her as my Dr, and would highly recommend her!!!

Everytime my gf and her son attend here, the doctor is always 30-40mins late on the appointment. I figured once or twice would be a possibility that they may be running behind but im sensing a strong case of fraudulent activity. We showed up to his 4th appointment for a 3 year old's history of a constant ear infection. The doctor is running 50 minutes behind this time and tells us that nothing is wrong with his ear. This 5 min appoinment has run every other patient behind making them wait 30-40 mins. My guess is he is either sleeping for 30 mins after each appoinment because clearly they should be accepting fewer appointments if they can't keep up with their current routine of appoinments. Creating notes and writing reports should be done within the patient's appoinment and not during someone elses. We are going to be conducting a complaint to the the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and inquire further if the doctor is charging the ontario health card for longer appoinments then what is actually taking place.

Both Dr. Aroras at the Riverview Medical Center are wonderful. They are nonjudgmental, up-to-date on the literature, and take the time to seriously address your concerns. They don't treat it as an assembly line where you're given five minutes and rushed out the door. Wait times for an appointment are minimal and the receptionists go out of their way to give any necessary information required. Couldn't recommend enough. Cheers to the whole entire team!

Over the past few years Dr. Arora has been very helpful in dealing with my multiple health issues. He is very knowledgable, kind, soft spoken and always willing to help. There is some problem with the wait times for non urgent issues but overall experience has been satisfactory. Staff at the reception is very helping as well.

Friendly start! I was calling all over the city looking for a Family Doctor for myself and my 2 children. I called and the receptionist was very nice and told me that 3 of their doctors were accepting new patients. She was able to book me to see the Doctor with my kids with back to back appointments. It was great. I had a hard time getting through at my lunch hour but the receptionist told me the phones are off daily from 12pm-1pm. I didn't want long in the waiting room for my appt, and the Nurse is amazing with children. Both front desk staff are fairly new but are very pleasant and very helpful with some questions I had. Overall, great start!

Arrogant staff. Impatient. Overpriced. If I could give zero, I would. If I could find another doctor, I would be gone yesterday.

I frequently use Riverview pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are very much helpful, knowledgeable and they’re delivering the medication quickly. Overall their response is excellent.

Dr. Arora is wonderful. I am grateful to her for the medical care she has provided me over the years but, even more grateful for how she has taken care of my family members. She is proactive and takes concerns seriously. I highly recommend her, finding compassion like this in the medical field is not easy I am so lucky to have her as my physician.

I don’t know what’s going on over there but a friend of mine was given an appointment when the clinic is closed. Not very professional at all. They should be ashamed.

They dont understand what an appointment means. If I'm scheduled for a certain time it doesn't mean being seen 90 mins later.
