There
are
concerns
with
follow-up
by
management
at
the
Queen’s
Goodlife
location
based
on
client
comments
with
respect
to
the
men’s
changing
room.
These
comments
have
been
shared
with
staff
on
a
continuous
basis.
As
these
client
comments
have
not
been
addressed,
see
below,
it
is
unclear
if
the
Queen’s
Goodlife
management
is
taking
such
comments
seriously.
It
is
likely
that
similar
comments
apply
to
the
women’s
changing
room.
No
soap
in
showers
In
general
more
than
three-quarters
of
the
soap
dispensers
in
the
men’s
showers
are
empty
for
a
period
of
at
least
7
days
or
more.
For
example,
for
the
last
count
there
was
at
least
9
showers
with
empty
soap
dispensers.
Finding
a
shower
with
soap
after
a
workout
involves
a
“Where’s
Waldo”
chase,
which
is
discouraging,
if
you
are
rushed
for
work
after
your
workout.
Ongoing
water
wastage
due
to
dripping
showers
Several
showers
do
not
shut
off
and
have
been
continually
dripping
water,
one
in
particular
has
a
very
heavy
stream,
for
over
several
months.
It
is
unfortunate
that
the
Queen’s
Goodlife
location
does
not
share
an
environmental
concern
about
water
conservation.
Hand
lotion
empty
The
3
hand
lotion
dispensers
in
the
change
room
are
constantly
empty.
For
example,
there
has
been
1
hand
lotion
dispenser
that
has
been
empty
now
for
over
1
month.
Video
recording
in
change
room
of
others
by
clients
Individuals
are
constantly
taking
video
recordings
of
themselves
using
their
cell
phones
in
the
men's
changing
room
mirrors
which
also
capture
images
of
other
individuals
in
various
stages
of
nudity.
There
are
several
stickers
on
the
4
full
length
mirrors
against
video
recording
in
the
men’s
change
room,
but
somehow
Goodlife
has
decided
not
to
add
such
stickers
on
the
2
half
length
mirrors,
where
a
lot
of
the
video
recording
has
been
taking
place.
In
my
over
5
years
of
using
this
gym,
I
have
yet
to
see
any
staff
do
periodic
spot
checks
of
the
change
room
to
ensure
that
video
recordings
do
not
occur
in
the
change
rooms.
This
is
some
information
for
clients
to
consider
if
you
want
yourself
to
videotaped
naked
by
someone
else
without
your
consent,
and
worst
case
scenario,
find
a
video
of
yourself
naked
on
the
internet.
Locker
shortage
due
to
clients
placing
locks
permanently
on
the
locker
Some
individuals
leave
their
locks
permanently
on
the
lockers
in
the
men’s
changing
room
to
“reserve”
the
locker
for
their
personal
use
forever.
At
times,
the
Queen’s
St
Goodlife
places
a
“notice”
on
the
locker
to
inform
the
user
to
remove
their
lock
by
a
“due
date”,
or
Goodlife
will
remove
the
lock.
I
would
image
that
Goodlife
gives
adequate
notice
to
the
user
before
removing
the
lock.
Surprisingly,
in
recently
looking
at
several
Goodlife
notices
to
remove
the
locks
on
the
lockers
in
the
men’s
changing
room,
despite
that
7
days
have
passed
on
the
“due
date”
to
remove
the
lock,
Goodlife
still
has
not
removed
the
lock.
So
if
you’re
at
the
Queen’s
St
Goodlife
gym
during
a
busy
gym
time,
and
cannot
find
a
locker
in
the
men’s
changing
room
to
store
your
outside
clothing,
this
is
the
reason
why.
