Gym smells. Change room smells. Everything is rusted. Looks like a crime scene in the shower room. You can smell the mold in the showers. The shower curtains are not the right ones, they have cloth curtains up, on onky half the stalls. So when you do turn on the water it sprays through to get your hanging towel all wet. I have been to a lot of gyms and there is no upkeep of this place, one would think with all the money the university gets general maintenance and replacement of old equipment would be apart of a regular schedule. The only reason i go back is because I pay for it through tuition.

Received my second dose there. Well organized. Surprisingly ran 10-15mns ahead of time. Everyone there was nice. There’s free parking available for people getting vaccinated in the lot across from the complex and you can’t really miss it because there’s a huge sign.

Perfect ice (thru the winter) ... lead time into dressing rooms too short... good news ... pub is open

Decent gym at best. Lacking good back equipment however. Worth a visit.

A great complex to indulge into multiple activities ranging from Lifting weights, Ice-skating, Ice- Hockey, American Football etc. The complex also consists of a health and fitness center where you can get regular checkups, blood work, vaccination etc. done. All the above facilities are preferably for the University students but can be used general public by paying extra charges and making appointments.

Had my second vaccine shot here today. Process was smooth and efficient, except that it was running 15 minutes late. It was convenient to park in the public parking garage right beside the arena.

Best ice in town, even if I have to say it myself! The ice resurfacing machines are kept well maintained and make ice reliably. The staff know their business.

Equipment is old, too many rules, their bench presses move so much. Get a GoodLife membership if you can.

Great place but they need to add more staff at the reception. It seems like every time I visit there’s a long lineup.

Really nice pool but it's a tad warm for working out hard.

Large gym space with loads to equipment. But damn, the locker room needs plenty of cleaning.

Staff are very helpful, full experience. 2 ice pads, swimming pools, diving pools, an all purpose gymnasium, weight room.

The eduroam WiFi doesn't work in all rooms leading to many inconveniences for students and professors alike and the maps are sparce and not always helpful

There is a hockey rink, a football field, a tennis/badminton court, squash rooms, an exercise room, some study spaces, the university health clinic, a university bar, some classrooms, etc. Minto complex is a very accessible building too, with automatic doors and elevators.

No room assignment displays anymore. Staff are often clueless about their setup, disengaged. Rink is too often a swimming pool 5-8 minutes into the ice time... Train your zamboni drivers. Only rink that is expecting people to upload PHI on a buggy web app. How many times does someone need to tell them about 7/16" bolts sticking out of the wall 3" at knee height???

Great place. Well laid out. Just had a booster vaccine there, but it's great for hockey too👍

I was there only to receive my COVID-19 booster shot, so I was there only briefly. It is a modern, well appointed facility from what I was able to see.

This gym is absolutely terrible. The equipment is old and terrible quality. It’s always overcrowded and the machines are places awkwardly so sometimes using machines your in other people way, especially the cables. There’s also multiple machines that are completely useless and just take up space. I HATE every time I have to go to Minto because mon petit is closed or booked up. Minto makes me dread going to the gym but there’s nothing better in the area. Compared to other university’s facilities Minto is a joke and honestly embarrassing. If you are a serious lifter find a commercial gym, I promise the commute is worth it. The rest of the facility such as the hockey arena and soccer field are nice and much newer than the gym. PLEASE UPDATE THE GYM!!

Doctors are amazing and very professional. The treatment to patients from the reception staff is incredibly rude and highly unprofessional from the blonde lady at the front desk. She speaks to people in a very unprofessional manner, not only me. When I arrived at the clinic she was already addressing in the same very rude way another girl that was there before me. When she wasn’t working there, I received better treatment from her co-workers and had a comfortable experience. She makes people feel very uncomfortable and have an awful experience even if it is just requesting information. Beyond rude.
