    Rip off bought a head set for switch it doesn't work with in 2hrs of purchase tried to return them . They refused and said they can't accept it cause of covid he clearly said theirs post all around saying it . I went end check their one post hiding in the middle lane how am I suppose to suppose to know . If it's a policy display it don't hide it to rip off costumers put one at each beginning of the rows . He expects us to run around ro check all the lanes ro find his one papers

    We went to the self check out. And I was disgusted by what I saw. These are what their self cash out looked like. There was also food and junk on the part they expect you to put you're food on. Then when we were leaving, an employee with a hazard vest on was smoking a cigarette right infront of the exit doors and it was blown right Into our faces. Definitely not using self check out there and if there isn't a cash open, then I'll go somewhere else.

    I really don't know what's going on sometimes. My partner was shopping at Trainyards Walmart this week. I beleive it was yesterday. She told me today that the self checkout guy ( an older gentleman) approached her after she paid for her groceries. And asked why she bagged her purchases in her shopping cart. He said the policy was to put them to the side and bag them later. She asked where the policy was and said she scanned and paid for everything. I bagged them at the same time so I can get things done faster and be gone. The gentleman than said why are u getting upset. That means you must of done something wrong. He then tried to search her bags. She denied of course. First of all. Employees are never aloud to question you at all. If they suspect something they are to call their asset protection guys and report. Also once you pay the property becomes yours. And it illegal to search or ask to see a receipt at all. Only the asset protection people are aloud and that's usually because you are stealing. Walmart employees need more training. They are there to help not to harrass.

    Employee engagement is always negative. Customer service is horrendous refusing to do refunds without identification even though I have a receipt and it was paid for by debit card. Constantly harassed by the loss prevention staff even though I'm not stealing or being suspicious whatsoever.

    If you want to be ripped off this is the store for you! From scanning items more than once, to the atm machine dispensing the wrong amount and not the amount requested and thinking it has. When reported they do absolutely nothing. Can never find an employee or theyre too busy on their cells to help people.

    Wow. This one is giant! Finding printing papers, bed-sheet and a special bulb was like finding a needle in haystack. I found them though, quite conveniently. It's the self-checkout that was a little disappointing. If you allow customers to use self-checkout then also make it convenient and user-friendly for them to correct a mistake such as, scanned an item twice and trying to remove one off the list. 'An associate is on the way' with no other option(cancel checkout) given was rather time-consuming, frustrating, and an unnecessary assistance. It impacted the overall service delivery and thus my experience today. Still love the store, however, Wal-Mart should operate in a Canadian way, and not the way it does in the US. Canadians are nice people with good manners. :)

    This place has really gone down hill. New management? I dunno. They went heavy on self-checkouts and when it’s busy it’s so slow. Was much better with cashiers. Take a lesson from farm boy down the road.

    Two customers were in this walmart today WITHOUT a mask. So when I confronted one of the customer service reps about this, the response was "we can't make ppl wear a mask". Yet Walmarts policy states that ANYONE who enters the store has to wear one. So why are these two women allowed in the store? Are they afraid that they might be KARENS? The fact of the matter is if they have a medical condition then they shouldn't be going out in public during this pandemic because their chances of getting sick is higher then someone who doesnt. I will NEVER return to this walmart or any of the walmarts if they are allowing ppl inside their stores without a mask.

    This location in general is great, no problems at all, until one of the products that we've brought home which was a Caesar salad mix, it isn't expired but had some issues, which was the cheese is molded, the container is yellow, usually it's clear, there was very little portion of the lettuce, and the container has air inside which made the plastic cover buldge. But yeah, we didn't notice those issues until we got home and opened it. So, Walmart associates please make sure your products are being handled with care and served to the customers.

    They told me they had eyes on the movie Fatman and reserved me a copy at the electronics desk. Upon driving 30mins (one way) they told me they didn’t have it and that not all locations receive a copy upon its release... I had even voiced my concern about my drive out being a long commute to get it and they just didn’t care that I drove 40km’s one way.... Customer service could be a tad better in my opinion and when you tell a customer that you have eyes on a copy, please don’t blatantly lie to them....

    Went to Walmart on Trainyards on the weekend and the store was packed everywhere i went i was among a crowd of people so i had to leave i understand that Walmart doesn't want to lose money but that was ridiculous everywhere else they monitor how many people go in but there's no way in hell Walmart was doing that.

    I don't have a problem with walmart the rating is for the self service cashier helper. I had items with numbers to be added and to pay cash, the mister who supposed to help was in his 50's didn't help with multible times the automated system calling him and he'd rather to go around while another customer needed help too, then he went to help another customer who came later and did the transaction cash, leaving the customers who came before, he was irritated from something in his mind. The machine was recording every thing. That happenned today around 3:00 pm. Thank you

    This Walmart has seriously degraded over the last few months. Shelves are empty, minimal cashiers. I personally value cashiers over self checkout and it's really annoying when the store is busy and they only have 2 cashiers working. Tonight was also the first time I walked into the store and there were no carts available. I had to go get one from the parking lot. Time to up your game Walmart.

    Everybody goes to Walmart, they have a little of everything. The entrance looks like a plastic bag depot. The regular beggar always station at the door for food and money, she is a regular, station at the door every weekend. I call it the hit and miss store. I know Walmart is busy, but you can do so much better. Walmart needs to step up to the game, the store looks old, disorganized, not well kept because of the filthy entrance. The employees are hard working must give them that but too many have that " I don't care attitude." Only two stars, your front entrance looks dirty and no one picks up the trash in buggies, or the loose plastic bags. They don't clean or spray the buggies anymore at the Orleans store. Nor is there any french employees or signs.

    Where to begin, you can come here as soon as they open and they still won't have any hand baskets at the front doors, as they seem to never leave the self checkout area. If you come during peek hours good luck getting a cart unless you walk back outside and grab one from the cart shelters, they had no carts when I went in and still had none when I left 30-45 mins later... Also I think they should really consider making their aisles 1.5-2 times wider then they are seeing as they get very over packed with customers, and many of these customers seem to feel very entitled and love to block the entire aisle with their cart or just stand in your way looking at a product they're not even gonna grab then wandering a few feet forward and staring at something else they don't want. Or even worse an employee will block an entire aisle with a skid, then look at you like you're the inconvenience. I don't have road rage, but boy do I ever get cart rage when shopping here during peek hours... One of these days I'm gonna run over someone with my cart, and it won't be by accident...

    I was there to pick up the grocery order and waited outside in the pickup spot for 30mins and no one showed up even after calling several times and checked through the app. I went inside and the manager Monica, first thing she asked me if I am a DoorDash driver which I felt was racial profiling as I was there to pick up my personal groceries. She was not even considerate of my time and blaming and accusing me back that I checked in 2 hours earlier which was not true. I think she should take the responsibility and considerate the customers time.

    I rated Walmart Trainsyard 2 star out of 5 star rating because they are always out of stock especially when i purchase groceries online, which is a bit upsetting. It looks like whoever is responsible is not paying attention to the inventory. They should have a program to alert them when products are low so they can reorder ahead of time. I pay for delivery and do not have all the products I need. It is like they are trying to push their substitute products on us. Before you know it we are stuck with all these substitute products for life. Most times I end up being so disappointed with the substitute products, I end up having to through it away because it taste so awful and I end up losing my money. Because we do not have a choice and keep on purchasing what is in stock, they think these products are great Always out of good tasting white cheddar cheese, I must point this out because it is going on for too long. All the good cheddar cheese are no more; we are left with bright orange cheese that does not taste good. Either full of salt, rubbery, or taste like nothing. What is going on? We do not have a choice anymore, whatever they stock up with, we are stuck with it.

    Worst experience ever. We were looking for a product from the flyer and wasn’t able to find it so asked an associate on floor, they told us she cannot help, asked the cashier while billing for the same product and she said she cannot help and to go and check with customer service. They told us they need to call someone who can check , they cannot check it. We have been waiting for the past 30 mins and 2 reminders and nobody helped us. The associates are not willing to help and should be better trained. This is a really bad customer experience.

    Terrible customer service. No carts available while shopping, had to haul everything in the bag i was carrying. Their mobile order and pick up system is so disorganized. No staff available with multiple customers waiting for service. If you ask a customer to choose a pickup time, it is up to the establishment to follow it. My first order here went terribly, leaking and damaged products soiled and broke the brown bag it was put in. Will probably shop at another location, hopefully the experience is vastly different.

    Great Walmart from my experiences. It’s where I do 90% of my groceries, always cheaper than other grocery stores, usually well stocked and a pretty decent size for Walmart. The only downside is it seems to be very very busy no matter what time of day I go.

    I thought the Starbucks on Conventry had the most disgusting bathrooms in the neighborhood until I saw this one. How gross. Stinks and is filthy. Also, why does the cashier think I have giant reusable bags? So that I can make 20 trips from the car to house with my items that could have easily fit in the bags? I had to repack them.

    I ordered online a few times for my groceries, and there are issues every time. Walmart takes no responsibility for if you get the items or not. They were not able to find a substitute from "bread" or even "fries". When I called they were incapable of re-ordering those missing items for me, so my only choice is going in person (I don't have a car) or doing a second order, paying the delivery fee again, and hoping that the person who does my order this time know what bread looks like. Just don't order from them. They don't care about your order.

    Really nice staff at this store, from the cash to the curb. In fact so nice the cashier literally loaded the bags into our carts for us, then the guy out at the curb did the rest and he helped load both of our LARGE and rather orders. My friend who drives and I are 2 old ladies who can hardly walk, and they even THANKED us for helping us...blew my mind, I hear such rotten things about Walmart staff and its never happened to me and really...who does that? I think the review is for the really nice guy who corrals the carts and the super cashier who took it upon herself to go the added extra customer service way. I would like to remind these Corporations that many of us can't use a self service cash, convenience doesn't expedite the process for many of us AND its really hard to try to sit in a mobility chair, scan and load your purchases without causing additional pain or injury to the reasons why your using a mobility device! Really don't ever fire that guy wish I had gotten his name but seriously keep the CASHIERS people are always going to get OLD, trust me on that!

    In the last 15 minutes that the store was open all the cashiers closed their cashes and there were 7 cashiers standing in one self-checkout area while the lineup just kept getting longer. Maybe cashiers should stay on their cashes until the store has fully closed, instead of standing around doing nothing while people wait in large lines.

    I'm not really happy I go to this Walmart all the time I know all the stuff there they're always very grateful happy smile until today I had a gallbladder surgery so I sent my husband to pick up two cases of Pop and he picked up some desserts for home and the staff management name Colleen add security follow my husband around the store like he was a thief he works for his money and I gave him money as well to pick up my pop I don't think this is very good customer service management and I would like to get in touch with the manager I have been shopping at the store for years this is not called for and any means

    The self checkout was fast with two of us. It doesn't require you to bag an item before scanning the next item. So for 3 of the same items, I could a single item 3 times in quick succession and then bag all three items!!! Ran into no problems.

    The store almost carries everything from produce to clothes, some furniture, kids items, electronics and pet items. But, I find that most of the time the shelves are not stocked well, and if there is a spill on the floor; seems like no one cares to attend it immediately. This store does gets super busy on weekends with long lines at checkout.

    Placed an order for next day pickup for pictures. The email said they were delayed, four days later still no information and no one picks up the phone. My husband called customer service and the phone rang for a long period then someone picked up and hung up the phone. The photo center phone number went directly to busy…. For four days…. You seriously need to do better!

    Customer service is horrible at pharmacy. The consultant was extremely rude ...waited there for 15 minutes for help...he looked at us several times and didn’t bothered to say a word, completely ignored us ...seems like the only part about his job is staring at customers and giving them ignorant looks.

    Ordered something for Walmart pickup and waited over 35 minutes for my order to come out. Their system isn’t well organized as I was the first car there but at least 6-7 other cars received their order before me. After calling back twice to check on the status of my order, they just kept saying it was on its way. It never came.

    Our main walmart since we moved from Nepean. Very large and we get everything we need usually, however... every Sunday the grocery section is practicly empty of all the important things. Like bread, meat, dairy, produce, some frozen items. Don't come here on a Sunday, it's clear they are restocking while everyone comes with their entire family because it's a weekend. Started doing groceries on Monday or Tuesday and its a much better selection and quieter. We come here every two weeks.

    I am currently on crutches and was struggling to carry my items in my fingers whilst also holding my crutch base so one of the staff members stopped me and hunted down a scooter for me to use without me even asking. I will remember that kind nice gesture for a long time!

    Many products especially electronics are not properly tested prior to selling here at the store! I recently purchased a dash camera for $40 and it turned out to be a dud very quickly and I realized this marked it down to $20! why is Walmart supporting slave labor in China and other countries instead of supporting Canadian labor? Walmart is also notorious for never answering the phone when it could be routed to a call center or something. Look for the documentary Walmart high cost of low price.

    Walmart has always been superb. Since the pandemic has started, I have been doing online shopping and been picking it up. Going that route was very easy and quick. I decided to try out their delivery option, and paid the fee. I chose a time slot for the next day and received a confirmed email that my order had been picked. The given time slot is for 2hrs; lo and behold no delivery after that time. I contact them to find out and am told that they don't deliver groceries yet they offer it as I'm placing an order AND it shows that it gets done through Instacart. They're great for picking up stuff but don't expect the same for when you need it delivered.

    My father and I go regularly to buy charcoal in large quantities for our business. Manager Aziz Mohammed has been very courteous and helpful to us. He often facilitates our effort by having our items ready and by lending a hand when loading them into our vehicles. We appreciate his service very much and he is a reason why we are returning customers! In addition, he most recently brought to our attention a set of pots and pans that were deeply discounted, and we ended up buying the item. We appreciate this kind of customer attentiveness and generosity very much. 5 stars for that gentleman's service!

    How can you beat the prices and variety at Walmart Supercenters? You can't. Global supply chain dominance shows its bountiful harvest on the shelves. Blessed. Per unit pricing for most items will actually match or get close to Costco without having to commit to those 50lbs of potatoes you don't really want to get but need. Optical Center service at this branch is incredible. Other departments meh.

    Not experienced good customer service. I intended to buy 3 items for $12 but they refused to provide the promotional price and said to pay $15, which they shouldn't have done. The displayed price was misleading and not acceptable at all. See the pic as a proof.

    Awesome Walmart. For groceries and clothes. And one of the best selections of movies in Ottawa out of all the Walmarts.

    Good selection. store was clean. Shoe section wasn't a mess for once. The cashier pushing for 5 min for me to fill out an application for a credit card was incredibly annoying. I don't want another credit card. Stop the practice.
