Infrastructure for events is very good and the attendants are very thoughtful and nice with the guests. The hot water swimming pool is very well cleaned. Both swimming pools support a very large number of guests. The bar area is very cozy, so is the lounge. Just two issues in my point of view: kitchen services are not so vegan friendly and the juices they make aren't so good... They seem like water with flavor. And the rooms need some makeover, as the bathroom on my room seems to be a work in progress, and the power slots are in the old model, which makes obligatory to the guest to bring some adaptors if they want to plug modern equipment in them.

The location is amazing, the sights of the mountains are awesome. The hotel surely had better days, although keeps it on date regarding cleaning and attractions as: pool, steam bath, mini-golf course, football pitch and tennis court.

Nice hotel to spend the weekend, the service and the rooms are very good and clean, no issue during the stay. The pool from the outside is extremely cold, it would be awesome some solar energy system to warm it up. The city Aguas de Lindoia is well prepared to receive tourists, there are some stores that sell cheap and pretty clothes. Recommend it.

The best hotel at the city! A lot of activities for children and also the adults. Very good food at the bars and restaurants. The bedroom are quite comfortable. Very beautiful place!

A wonderful place to visit and enjoy with your family, friends or date. Amazing food, a lot of activities inside the hotel and if you get bored, the city provides you others entertainment.

In my opinion, the conference center is a bit far away from the hotel, which means you have to walk a lot. For older people, it's complicated specially when it's raining

It's a beautiful place to stay some days, good pool and games room. Just the rooms are a little old with an old air conditioner.
