The employees are extremely bored, unwilling to help. I was searching for an item that I had seen on their site and it took me more than 30 minutes to find an employee to ask. All of them are chatting and laughing between them, totally ignoring the clients. When you approach them they change direction so as to avoid you. They even got angry that I interrupted their chatting so as to ask for help and two female employees even starting laughing and making fun of my French accent because I am a foreigner. I will surely never visit that shop again.

Appalling service. I had bought a piece of furniture online and the email was indicating that I could go grab the item was between the 2nd and the 8th. I go on the 4th and the lady rudely explains that it's not here and I have to wait for the email before coming, as if it was the most logical thing in the world. Patronising. Rude. Unhelpful. So far, people at Maison du Monde, Alinea, Ikea and Conforama have been much nicer and helpful.

bought an electric cooker from But, and they told me that it had a two-year warranty, and after two months of using it, the cooker burned out, and when I called them to change it, they have been delaying from one appointment to another until now for more than six months, and they did not send an engineer to inspect the problem in the cooker in order to exchange it for a replacement. The service is very bad and they are dishonest in their dealings

This is a scam. I ordered 3 furnitures from BUT, but after 3 months have passed, I haven’t received anything. BUT’s customer service calls are expensive but it doesn’t solve the problem. They don’t refund the money on the excuse of the manufacturer’s error. Now we can only go through legal channels, this is a direct crazy robbery!

The workers are so rude ans unprofessional I ask about delivery stuff they said 30 euros per items and when I reach to pay they said it’s 50 euros so it’s just not good for clients and for owner either

Sales people seemed rather disinterested, a lot of the furniture looked like it wouldn't survive more than one déménagement... but some nice decorative things on display.

Went to get few plates ...not a big choise, online much more, but I would like to see them..please bring more plates, cups, cutlery..
